A Christmas Card

Hello

I loved all the Christmas cards Anneke De Clerck made on the PA blog, see here!!

As I just bought some new JOFY Christmas Bauble stamps at stamp magic last weekend I thought it would be rude not to have ago.

Hope you like it and leave a nice comment.

Thanks

Liesbeth Fidder Inspired Journal page

Hello

I loved the Canvas on the PaperArtsy blog by Liesbeth Fidder see the details here it uses my favorite designer Lynn Perella

I decided to give this a go and create my very first art journal page to enter into this week challenge as it's been a very long time since I did one I am hooked already doing 2 pages in 1 go and creating the background for the next one. The little black PA journal books are great and I would like to thank Darcy for giving me the courage to give it a go. I can see how fab it will be to have something to "keep" instead of making pieces for family & friends or to sell on.

I hope you like my piece x

I hope you like and can leave a nice comment

Mixed Media Canvas

Hello

It's a long time since I blogged anything and this one is my biggest and longest project. It's taken well over 39 hours and that spans over a month, but finally I am finished.

I have been doing a lot of decorating (with plenty still left to do) I want to make some to go on the newly painted down stairs loo and really wanted a statement piece so I used loads of items to create this one, including Paperartsy's Lynn Perella Stamps.

Lots of paint, mica sprays, stenciling with GP, die cuts, embellishments, broken jewellery, twine, ribbon and so much more were used to create this. After serveral changes of colours I am really pleased with the results.

Here are the many photo's of the making and
finished canvas, hope you enjoy :)

Thanks for looking and I hope you can leave a nice comment!!
